  100% over and above the call of duty! Your day manager this last Saturday at your Hailey Idaho store saved my day. I was headed to perform for an event and my van filled with all my equipment vapor locked a mile away from the event when I shut it down to get directions. I called AAA, but they said a tow truck was 2 hours out. I knew all I needed was a can of starter fluid, so I thought what the heck I will call and auto parts store. Being a customer at the Twin Falls Idaho store I knew you guys had great customer service, but what your guy in Hailey did floored me. He told me he had a part can of starter fluid in his truck and would see if he could get it to me. 15 minutes later a young lady showed up and with one squirt I was on my way to my event. Now that's customer service! Thank you so much!!!
